These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the jililife platform and all services operated under it. When you register on jililife or use the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

3. Age Verification

jililife is open only to individuals aged 21 and above. Minors are strictly prohibited from opening an account.

At the time of registration or afterwards, jililife may request a national identity card, passport or birth registration certificate to verify your age. If age cannot be verified, the account will be closed immediately and any deposited funds will be returned.

If a minor can access our platform using your device, it is your responsibility to prevent this. Using parental control software is recommended.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jililife supports popular payment methods in Bangladesh and ensures fast transactions.

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for all methods).

• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

Once processing of a withdrawal request has begun, it cannot be cancelled. A deposit cannot be reversed after it has been successfully completed.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jililife offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These offers are available under specific terms.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳16,000 → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳31,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means the bonus funds become withdrawable only after bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount have been placed. There is a set time limit for completing the wagering requirement; if it is not met within the specified time, the bonus is cancelled.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus offer cannot be claimed more than once per individual, household, address or device.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses is prohibited.
• jililife reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Each promotional offer may have its own additional terms, which will be stated alongside the offer.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Results

All games on jililife use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from approved software providers, which ensures impartial results. Game results cannot be altered.

6.2 Betting Rules

• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game.

• Bets will be refunded for incomplete game rounds caused by a technical fault.

6.3 Sports Betting

For sports betting, the odds given before an event starts apply. Separate rules may apply to betting on cricket (BPL, T20, ICC), football and other sporting events.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jililife and will result in account closure:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus system manipulation or attempting to circumvent bonus terms.
• Hacking, cracking or attempting to interfere with platform security.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Colluding with other users to conduct fraudulent activities.
• Registering an account with false information.
• Conducting transactions using a third party's payment method.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

jililife may suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Refusal to verify documents.
• Failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements.

8.2 Self-Initiated Closure (Self-Exclusion)

If you wish to close your account yourself, please let us know via live chat or email. Upon requesting self-exclusion, your account will be deactivated for a set period and requests to regain access during that period will not be accepted.

8.3 Balance After Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited. In cases of normal closure, legitimate funds will be returned.
